DARIUS KUN
Founder
As an experienced professional Darius is driven to make your construction experience exceptional. His capability to listen and recognize your needs allows him to achieve your goals and expectations. Darius's primary goal is to give you the project you have envisioned. He personally manages and oversees each project and all stages of construction. Along the way he will help educate you in the process of remodeling your home including: scheduling, subcontractor coordination, product selection, order timing, alternative products for a cost effective budget, how design changes affect the process and more. Darius will strive to make your project a smooth and enjoyable process.
ANASTASIA KUN
Partner
Anastasia works with the project manager to ensure seamless completion of projects and timely execution of designs. She is involved in all phases of Design & Build from the beginning to the end of the projects. Anastasia is primarily responsible for directing financial operations of the company and ensures accurate and timely information is provided to the client. She manages the preparation of financial statements and reports that summarize and forecast the Project’s Budget. She reviews, analyzes and develops job cost reports in order to determine accurate estimated total costs to complete the project. Anastasia makes sure that every step in the construction project is smooth and financially transparent.

PRE CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Most construction decisions are cost driven. That is why it is important to to have a contractor who contributes as early as possible. We provide value engineering to ensure alternate methods and materials are explored and evaluated in efforts to reduce construction costs.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We provide efficient and comprehensive construction management. Our team of dedicated craftsmen work together to accomplish a common goal. Our process ensures our projects run smoothly and efficiently. We provide our clients a weekly critical path schedule that charts the progression of the project, schedule, and budgets.
REMODELING, HOME ADDITIONS, AND RENOVATIONS
Our remodel projects are carefully scheduled and financially managed to ensure on time, and on budget completion. All our subs share our vision for our projects and are dedicated craftsmen. As we build out projects we continuously evaluate finish details and make any necessary adjustments to ensure proper aesthetics in the finished work. We ensure all architectural plans, structural, and mechanical plans are coordinated and consistent.
SUSTAINABLE HOME DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
We believe in building responsibly. From recycling as much construction debris as possible to environmentally conscious materials selections, we are committed to responsible building.
